Cashcrow is an AI-powered waste management platform operated by Protoform Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a DPIIT-recognized startup based in Kerala, India. This policy applies to all participants registering for Cashcrow-managed cleanup events.

What We Collect

When you register for an event, we collect:

  • Identity & ContactName and mobile number for your participation ticket.
  • CommunicationEmail address for sending your participation certificate.
  • AffiliationCollege or organization name for event records.
  • Impact DataWaste data (weight and category) linked to your ticket.

We do not collect Aadhaar, PAN, biometric data, or any financial information.

What Sponsors Receive

Sponsors receive aggregated, anonymized totals only — total waste collected, CO2e avoided, and total participant count. Your name, phone number, or any personal detail is never shared with sponsors.
